Shipping policy

• Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS days for us to process, prepare, pack and ship your order.  
• Clothing, Hats, Mugs, Art and all printed items take about 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery as they are made to order. There may be additional shipping costs for bulkier custom printed items.
• Estimated delivery is between 2-7 BUSINESS days, after processing of your order (Sometimes, there are unforseen delays with USPS and holiday volume.  Please be patient and allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.)
  
• Tracking is provided. 
• Please note that YourSerenityStore.com does not manage the process therefore we make no warranty on any delivery times or services, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of USPS. 
• Insurance can be provided on request for an additional fee.
• We cannot guarantee any certain delivery date or time.
• We do not offer 2-day, overnight shipping or International shipping at this time.
