30-Day Return Policy

We really appreciate your business and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience, and we are positive that we can resolve any issue you may have:

  • Please call  303-990-2503 or email us at orders@yourserenitystore.com to initiate a return. 
  • If you place an order for the wrong item, just reorder the correct item, and send back the incorrect item. Once received you will get a refund on the incorrect item. 
  • If you receive the incorrect item:  Please email us right away with a photo of the incorrect item at orders@yourserenitystore.com to get it straightened out.
  • On all orders, if an incorrect address is entered and the package is lost, it is your responsibility.  If an incorrect address entered and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to reship (additional shipping will apply).
  • We do not accept returns for the following items:  Jewelry, books, cards, workbooks, CDs, mugs, hats, clothing, artwork or any printed to order items, or any items that are worn, damaged or not in new / resell-able condition.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable
